Shipping Matters

PETZVOGUE ships locally, only within the Philippines by J&T Express.

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customers and the order may be subjected to a recharge fee for re-delivery.

You may proceed to check the delivery status here after you have received the package tracking number.

Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2-3 business days. You can expect your delivery within the above time frame (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners). You shall examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages.

*Please note that we do not offer home or office pick-ups for returns.

Terms & Condition for Free Delivery

1. In-stock products with local delivery are qualified for free delivery with minimum spend of ₱ 2,500 on your First Order only. Free Shipping is not available on the top of on going Promotion Discount or Sale. For orders exceeding the quantity limit, the customer has to shoulder the difference for the delivery charge. Hence, any order below and succeeding future orders is subject to delivery fee base on the quantity and location.
2. Pre-ordered products are free delivery but have to expect longer duration as our suppliers overseas use different couriers. Selected products from pre-order have a quantity limit due to the available size package. Pre-ordered products do not provide tracking numbers (*Currently not available).

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PETZVOGUE Christmas Sale is a 15% discount on selected items only. Excluding Limited Edition Pet Bandana, Pet Sunglasses, and Cat Collar. 

2. Promotion valid until December 31, 2021.

3. Promotion discount has a minimum purchase of ₱ 500 and the discount capped at ₱ 2500 worth of purchase.

4. Petzvogue has the right to amend ongoing promotion. Free shipping or Promo codes are not valid in conjunction with the promotion.

5. Anniversary Great Deal 1+1 is valid on August 17, 2022, only. Purchase must be made via Shopee account and Website. For Website orders, kindly check out ONE item only, and please do take note of the same kind and size of the product in the check-out area.
