ACCOUNT

If you can’t log in, please be sure to check the following things:
– Your password is correct. (capitalization matters in your password)
– Your email address is correct and typed correctly.

– Click the SIGN IN icon on the top right hand corner, on the login page, click on Forgot Password? LinkOn Forgot Your Password Page, enter your email address ( The email address you used to register with Petzvogue and click on “Get Password” button.

 

You will receive an email with subject : “Password Query Confirmation” Click on the reset link in that email to open our “RESET YOUR PASSWORD” page.

Set your new password on the New Password and Confirmation fields then click CHANGE PASSWORD Button.
You will receive a email notification that your password has been reset successfully.

You can now login with your new password.

– Click the SIGN IN button on the top right hand corner. Login with your email address you used to sign up with us and your password.
– Once signed in, click on Addresses Menu. Here you can update your particular and your shipping address or create a new address.

DELIVERY

– Yes, we do. We partnered with J&T Express for the best experience in delivering your orders anywhere in the Philippines. But for those selected areas that cannot be reached by our courier partner, we offer different delivery services, depending on the availability in your area.

– Petzvogue offers Free Delivery service for your first order with the minimum purchase of ₱ 2,000 (limited period). If your order falls below ₱ 2,000, there will be a standard delivery charge subjects on the quantity and delivery address.

– Once your order and payment is received, we will contact you to inform estimate date for delivery. Our delivery time for :
In-stock items is between 4-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Pre-Order items delivery time is between 3-5 weeks. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

– (InStock Products) Due to COVID-19 situation and the implementation of community quarantine which limits the transportation and mobility, delivery schedules may get affected.
– (PreOrder Products) Due to Covid-19 disrupted supply chains globally, air/sea cargo capacity is extremely constrained, shipping schedules are affected. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

– Customers will receive several messages, the confirmation email (once order made), and when your order status changes (shipped out). A tracking number will be updated within 24-48 hours after the order has been dispatched, where the order status will be shown as “Fulfilled”.

PAYMENTS

– We accept secure online payments from all major Credit/Debit Card through Paypal & PayMaya (Visa / Mastercard). We also accept GCash as payment methods.

– We want your online shopping to be worry-free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the industry standard encryption standard for online purchase. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing the order.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Petsvogue.

To check the security of your connection, look at the lock icon on your URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to checkout. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address should be “https”.

We endeavor to make every transaction you make at Petzvogue 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Petzvogue.

– Unfortunately, we only accept online payment through the methods listed above.

ABOUT ORDER

– You will receive a confirmation email that contains information regarding the details of your order. Please check the detail information carefully. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect input of personal information. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.

– Due to the system restriction, we are unable to amend the order, but only process cancellation. (Please refer to the next question) and our return policy.

– If your order status is “Unfulfilled”, please contact customer care service immediately to request a cancellation. If your order status is already “Fulfilled”, unfortunately, we cannot stop the order or process a refund since your package is now packing or out for delivery.

– Please contact customer service at hello@petzvogue.com include your name, order number, and photos of what you received (please do not open wrong product received). Our customer service agent will assist to solve your problem. Kindly check our Return and Exchange Policy.

– If you don’t receive e-mail order confirmation within 15 minutes of payment, reason might be one of the following:
1. Order confirmation has been caught by your email’s spam filter. Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
